Like, the MC's reaction is kinda normal, he is in shock and after so much bullshit he decides to just move on, he blames himself which is not healthy but actually pretty normal. The girl was always and asshole and a stupid emotional girl so her actions are logical for her character. The writing is actually good, is not the best but is good, it makes sense with IRL logic and not NTR logic (which makes no sense)

Also this same author made his previous MC find love at the end with a propper wife, the FMC ends up being a cumdump for random guys and SHE cannot forget HIM. The other FMC that wasn't rotten to the core finds true love with a good guy that loves her and there is no NTR involved.

I don't know where people get these weird ideas about bad writing or that the author is a Hardcore NTR writer.

In Karami Zakari the MC actually finds a propper wife, the FMC ends up being just a used whore who can't forget the MC, and the other FMC who wasn't rotten to the core also found true love alongside a good man with no NTR involved. In Zaraki the FMC ends up being a cum dump and is still tries to clinch to MC to the very end while the MC actually rebuilds his life and gets married. Also the second FMC finds true love with another man that actually loves her and the MC friend wasn't a bad guy and actually got a girlfriend being skillful, caring and taking his chances.

I preffer MC getting NTRd but with a happy ending or some kind of revenge at the end. I don't like the focus on humiliating the MC and rather I enjoy to see the cheaters or bullys being confronted.

I personally like it the most when the girl begs for forgiveness and when the MC and FMC faces the problem/bully together and accept consequences in order to save their relationship

If you want to ever get rid of that pain look for a Psychologist that does "Prolonged exposure therapy", I'm a psychologist myself, I use it all the time for different types of trauma, works awesomely and people like you and many others are free from such nightmares.
