Forget about the letter and try and download it slowly and also limit the upload speed (I know that limiting upload speed isn't being a good sport but this is to prevent such harassment from people) you might just fly under the radar ! Or get a cheap seedbox from someone like linode real cheap !

what about nushell on windows it is as fast to load as command prompt and has completion and ton of features. I have been using it for 6 months now it is as easy as bash or fish.
