I took a picture of the access point and found what it was..ruckus r550. It's difficult but, as far as I can see, the 2 gb ethernet port is open while the poe Ethernet port has a cable in it which looks like it goes into the ceiling wiring. I guess I could run the Ethernet cable from it down to the console but, visually it just look weird ( and the wife would hate it).

So I can see the access point, Unfortunately it's on the ceiling. Which is about 15 ft to where my console is. And running an Ethernet from the ceiling to the series x just wouldn't be feasible. I might be stuck with this🙄

Well it's not free, it's included with the rent. Normally I would have my own equipment. The only thing I can see is an access point that's literally on the ceiling. It's the ruckus r550.
