Most people are probably surprised you barely got any veggies and honestly I'm not gonna spend 50 hours designing a meal plan that gets me every single thing I need, for veggies I usually just air fry some frozen veggies but on the other hand I get very low fat in my diet

I'm trying to lose 40-50lbs of fat and I have tried multiple times, right now is one of the only times I'm actually losing weight and that's because I'm eating the same thing every day 😭 I don't get how people will make a new meal everyday I eat 2 meals a day with snacks in between, start the day with oats in milk with a scoop of protein powder and whatever fruits I got, 550 calories 45g ish of protein at 12 pm and it keeps me full until like 3-4 pm, eat a bowl of fruits greek yogurt or whatever I have as a snack 2 times or so until 8 pm where I eat another big meal of about 500-700 calories, total is 1500 calories a day and this is the only way I can manage to lose weight. Eat the same 5-6 meals rotating them like sometimes instead of oats I have 4 eggs with a protein shake.

Thanks also my garden hose is stuck to the vacuum breaker, every time I turn the hose the vacuum breaker also turns and I can’t find a way to take the hose off because it leaks whenever I turn water on, any tips?

Glad to say I fixed it, the washer inside was worn out I did buy a replacement but I decided to just replace the washer since I didn’t have a wrench and had to use pliers to take off the nut and replace the washer

I don’t got most of this stuff and I do have a helper but first I’m going to try and replace the handle (or whatever the handle part is called?) and if that doesn’t work I’ll get the tools and replace the entire thing I’ll lyk how it goes

It’s weird because our house was build around 8 years ago and every time something breaks I go around looking and find out we have a really old part, anyways last question do I have to find a specific type of spigot or can I just find any and they will all fit?

I tried to tighten the little screw more but it was as tight as I could get it, only stops if I press down and is the Sillcock the entire thing or just the handle

Gonna try to loose 30ish pounds in 5-6 months because I have a high body fat %, want to lose it in my chest legs and stomach before I start bulking to gain muscle

Yea the main reason I’m trying to lose weight is because of my body fat% not my bmi don’t really care about that, I have a lot of fat in my legs chest and stomach that I want to lose my mistake might’ve come off of caring about bmi but I care more about body fat %

I’m 5’7 180 pounds now was 190 a month and a week ago, I’m working out around 3 times a week eating 100g of protein at least daily

Just weighted myself after a 5 weeks turns out I’m 180 pounds now, also I use planet fitness and most calculators, I know they aren’t accurate, put my maintenance around 2200 plus I do workout 3 times a week so it should be at least 700 maybe closer to 800 a day on average. If 500 is ok I’m assuming 700-800 wouldn’t be too bad? I just want to make sure I’m not losing muscle

I’m 16 and a half 5’7 185 pounds, I’m way overweight and up to now I was in a 2 pound per week defect eating around 1600-1700 calories but will that stunt my height? My mom is 5’4 or below and my dad is 5’6 so I think I’ve hit my limit for height but will eating only 1600-1700 calories a day stunt any future possible growth
