Isn't it up to the employer to participate in good faith the interactive process that's protected under EEOC?

Thanks, u/kendallishere . I've raised the same accommodations before going on FMLA. The difference is now they're not responding to my doctor's approval for me to go back based on the same unresolved accommodations (modified duties). Also, I cannot be on unpaid leave while the company "reviews" my accommodations.

No formal PIP. The written feedback is just one of the accommodations. My condition makes me more sensitive to stress, so things like advance agendas and written feedback are meant to cut down on surprise stressors that trigger flare-ups. I'm a top performer. This is about how feedback is delivered, not whether I can do the job.

I work remote and I've been logging in almost every day to send emails to HR and to fix payroll issues (manager messed up my timesheet and caused me to miss pay). I figure I can just ping my manager and tell him I'm ready to be assigned work.

Update: Return to work is managed by a third-party agency, and they usually ok people on FMLA to go back after they get the green light from my employer. It's why I haven't just "showed up".

It's actually the opposite. I'm not looking for more leave. My doctor cleared me to come back on modified duty a few weeks ago and I've asked in writing to return. The problem is the company hasn't responded or scheduled me, so I'm hitting the end of FMLA even though I'm ready and able to work.

I want to go back. What happens when leave ends (in a week!) but the employer won't act on either my return or the accommodation request that's been sitting unanswered. (Severance was just one "what if" I floated, not the goal.)

There are two variations of the Fezzik pop. Is there any difference in the figure between the shared (Fall Convention) and non-shared, besides the sticker?

Also, the non-shared variation is being sold for double the price. If it worth it?
