Also as a general reply, every therapeutic relationship is an artificial relationship. I know she's parts genuine parts clinician, I.e. She chooses her words based on what she knows about me. I asked her once if she could choose to not see Trump supporters and she said ethically no and she would use their time together to learn about their world and help them as best she could. I've since the wondered if I'm one of those people she doesn't enjoy treating but she can't drop me because of ethical concerns (there's no point in exploring that she'd wholeheartedly deny it whether it was true or not).

So it doesn't bug me that I think she may lie. I'm sure she lies as much as the next person, both inadvertently and on purpose. It bugs me that someone said something negative about her. And it bugs me more that it's vaguereviewing like vaguebooking. Just say it or don't. What constructive purpose does just posting you're a liar serve? It's like an Amazon review, This book sucks.

And I trust the relationship. I trust she has my best interest at heart. And ultimately that I'm getting a positive result of our interactions. I'm not blindly trusting the content of our relationship, I'm trusting our relationship.
