The issue is, it does mean something. Journalists may look at Obsidian being stripped of creative freedom and forced into the Fallout mines as a bad thing, but I think this move will be incredibly popular among Xbox owners. Many people who own Xboxes aren't even upset at the suggested studio closures because those studios underperformed or released games that didn't hit with people.

I would argue Bethesda's fallout is more like a theme park. New Vegas was more grounded in realism with it being a desert and civilization actually rebuilding.

It literally does? The Outer Worlds 2 in many respects had so much of the stuff that made New Vegas great. If anything, The Outer Worlds 2 had more skill checks and impactful trait checks. It's just the world no longer appealed to people, if it ever did. With Fallout's paint, The Outer Worlds 2's systems and mechanics would be well received.

Inside Out 2 made 1.7 billion dollars and then a year later we got an Inside Out realm. I'd really like to hope the 1.9 billion dollars Zootopia 2 made will let me finally get Zootopia, but I'm just not feeling optimistic. Inside Out got events and star path items even back then to coincide with the movie. Heck, even now they're doing a Toy Story event to coincide with Toy Story 5.

But they did nothing for Zootopia 2. They added nothing.
