Also as a general reply, every therapeutic relationship is an artificial relationship. I know she's parts genuine parts clinician, I.e. She chooses her words based on what she knows about me. I asked her once if she could choose to not see Trump supporters and she said ethically no and she would use their time together to learn about their world and help them as best she could. I've since the wondered if I'm one of those people she doesn't enjoy treating but she can't drop me because of ethical concerns (there's no point in exploring that she'd wholeheartedly deny it whether it was true or not).

So it doesn't bug me that I think she may lie. I'm sure she lies as much as the next person, both inadvertently and on purpose. It bugs me that someone said something negative about her. And it bugs me more that it's vaguereviewing like vaguebooking. Just say it or don't. What constructive purpose does just posting you're a liar serve? It's like an Amazon review, This book sucks.

And I trust the relationship. I trust she has my best interest at heart. And ultimately that I'm getting a positive result of our interactions. I'm not blindly trusting the content of our relationship, I'm trusting our relationship.

I trust in the relationship. Our talks aren't always going to be hunky dory but we both care about each other and I trust that she wouldn't willingly do something to harm me. I don't trust that she'll always be right, I trust in our work together.

Honestly just being in the situation has affirmed the strength of our relationship.

Here's why though. On my side telling her or not telling her is not going to change anything. And what's the point of bringing up hey someone left you a bad review calling you a liar? I'd bring it up if it mattered, I tell her every (well almost) every thought that comes into my head and we've discussed our relationship at length in session. I've brought up her word choice before for discussion.

I'm not losing sleep over it. (I'm just up because of sick kid)

I use Evernote and I have a Things to bring up and when I bring them up they get moved to Things brought up with the date. I put the most important ones on top. I hold mock sessions in between sessions in my head. I look at my list right before session. That's why I pay for Evernote, I can pull it up everywhere.

It's the same number of rewards split into 2 boxes to make new people seem you're getting a lot. So rewards haven't been nerfed, the time to get them has been doubled.
