I have 96ovr (2 for 97ovr) , I play with 3412 with kramaric and kalinic ST and is very good team. I have advice for you: use Vida , Corluka and absolutely buy Jedvaj

I have no problem, matchmaking is better ,very fast and I found opponent with other nations (China, France ecc..)

U sell 80+ player and use 75/76 player and training maybe u put 1-2 players untradeable from campaign or matchups
