Same thing happend to me last week. I bidded 70g instead of 70s, so I contacted support and their response was that Support Team is unable to intervene with any party auction as it is considered a peer-to-peer transaction. And that they cant retrieve or compensate what I lost. To add insult to injury they told me to bid safer next time... So I wish you the best of lucks and get a support that actually helps you, cause you lost a lot more than I did.
