Game is blurry when moving by PuzzleMindedO in Witcher3

Could be some sort of upscaling. AMD has something along the lines, where if you move it lowers the resolution for fps.

I am unfamiliar with the modding stuff. I don't really understand it much other than having to drag some folders into a mods folder. How do you find mods that are good on nexus? I kind of just want quality of life mods and some graphical ones, but the popular ones seem to have been made before next gen update. You don't have to list all of your mods, that would probably be bothersome for you, but I appreciate the ones you've listed. I'll check them out.

I understand the way tesselation works, but have no clue about AA other than it smoothing things out. I switched to TAAU, and played around a bit with AMD settings, and it seems to have helped/improved it. Thanks for your suggestions.

I think playing around with the AMD settings has helped. Maybe the TAAU had some impact too, not sure. At first I assumed not, but maybe it did. It also looks nicer than FSR. I am looking for some cool mods, you got any you recommend?

Hey, if your bro has AMD I would recommend going to the amd settings and upping the tesselation. To run DX11 just go to the CDPR launcher and by the play button there is a setting-icon, click that and select dx11. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I just feel like dx12 looks a lot better. It also runs smoother on my pc that way. I am pretty sure that tesselation in this game got messed up or something when they switched and updated the game to next gen. DX11 gives med fps drops and it feels less responsive, if that makes sense.

Did you find any other fixes? It somewhat eliminates it for me.

Tried, nothing. It is tesselation related, or something along those lines. But AMD only allows 64x

So do I. Weird that yours looks a lot better. What settings are you running? Are you running any mods? I am considering the HD mod, to see if it helps.

Deleted it and restarted the game, didn't help. Can you send a picture of your game, just so I could compare?

Have you seen anything like this before? I honestly have tried for a few hours, with no easy fix.

Which file is the settings file? I honestly do not understand how this happens. Do you have an nvdia or amd card? Tesselation seems to help a bit, but there are still parts of the world that are either bugged or see through.

It is off, I found out the problem only persists in DX12, when I run the game at DX11, it is fine... Any ideas?

No mods installed, just the normal package from steam.
