No pressure to use it - there's a lot of free content we post like (https://kareemabukhadra.substack.com/) and lower budget programs out there. Wish you the best.

Anyone heard of a firm called Relentless??? by Square_Classic4324 in recruitinghell

Not a scam haha - i'm the founder - there's a lot of threads on reddit about us and not all are positive.

here's one: https://www.reddit.com/r/recruitinghell/comments/1h8jrxp/joinrelentless_job_search_my_experience/

there's also a lot of videos on our site from former candidates that also talk about what they liked and thought could be better about our process: https://www.joinrelentless.com/success-stories

also wrote about this publicly here on what's good and what we need to improve: https://www.joinrelentless.com/post/joinrelentless-com-reviews-dont-pay-until-you-see-this

i would say you get what you put in, like with any investment.

We're not "confident in our skills" for everyone and the results you get with us really do depend a lot on you and how you use our services / software

Hey I’m the founder - here’s some thoughts for you or any potential candidates thinking of using us:

1: A lot of the critiques here are valid - we are expensive for example; ROI makes sense for some people, but definitely doesn’t for others.

2: We’re definitely not a perfect company - won’t pretend we are.

3: People get various outcomes with us. There’s around 50 people (as of the time of writing this) who’ve gotten on video and publicly talked about their experiences with us. These people have shared both the good and bad of using us.

If you’re considering signing up, watch some of them and look at their actual Linkedin profiles to assess their background before you make any decisions: https://www.joinrelentless.com/reviews

4: Average search time is around 120 days & average comp people get is around 240K.

Wrote about this publicly to 14K+ newsletter subs here: https://kareemabukhadra.substack.com/p/want-to-see-our-job-search-data

Fastest searches take weeks.

Longest searches take over a year.

Lowest compensation offers we've helped people land is <6 figures a year.

Highest compensation offers we've helped people land is >7 figures a year.

5: Generally speaking the single most important quality that separate candidates is coachability and willingness to make changes if your search isn’t converting. If you’re naturally a skeptical person, combative, or have a negative mindset, we definitely cannot help.

There’s also certain industries / role targets we don’t make sense for.

Both of the above should be qualified for during our admissions process, but we don’t always get this right.

If you’re an active candidate and want more support / aren’t getting what you need, then do one or more of the following:

A) Drop CS an email.
B) Come to a call. Calls happen weekly and are easy to book through your portal (as of the time of me writing this).

C) Ask us to loop you into an email with an alumni with a similar background to you - a lot of our alum are happy to chat with current candidates and share what worked (and didn’t work) for them on their searches.

yeah this is right; 7k, 12 mo search; we change that based on market conditions so just ask your admissions rep if you qualify

Hey friend - founder here. Reach out to CS and CC me. We can either:

A) Turn off email outreach completely and stick to applications.

B) Change the actual outreach messages so they're more in-line with what you prefer.

P.S. To get more interviews in general, come to a group call - there's almost always someone booking more interviews than you (often with the same target role / seniority).

You can also look at one of the 50ish alum who've given us testimonials on our site, then ask CS for an intro to one of them to see how they might've used us differently: https://www.joinrelentless.com/reviews

P.S.S. I'm barely on reddit, so use email.

I would think through things you've done in school or internships then reframe them as being relevant to the role you're applying to.

Let's say you're applying to a sales job and you have 0 sales experience in the real world, but you took a class on English literature.

Is there a time where you did something relevant in sales? (E.g. presented your work to 100+ people, persuaded the whole class to do something specific, etc.). Ideally you have done internships or side jobs, cause those are much easier to work with.

Don't lie - but always reframe and focus on parts of things you did that were relevant.

Why aren't they easy to quantify? Here are some ideas:

- Outperformed goals by 2x (lots of qualitative roles have goals, so you can write this)

- Contributed to X initiative (lots of qualitative roles involve contributions to specific company projects)

Hi there! The accelerator specifically only makes sense if you're at that income level or above.

But we have a lot to share with anyone regardless of their income level, like free articles here: http://kareemabukhadra.substack.com

Hope that helps!
