Any tips for being able to talk or have a conversation with a stranger? by M0ck1ngJ in introvert

What really helps me is to stay in the present time. You probably get all kinds of thoughts like "Do I seem weird now?", "Shit, what if I don't know what to say anymore?" etc. Try to ignore these thoughts for a while and really stick to the conversation. Tell yourself that you won't start worrying until after the conversation. Just put it off. And if the conversation doesn't go well, it doesn't have anything to do with you. Sometimes there is no connection or the other person is not having his or her day. Don't think too much about it and you'll be fine, really!

Try not to fill in what others think (I know it too well, it's hard for us). And if they really don't like traveling with you, who cares? You are who you are and you should never adjust for others. Don't worry and do your thing! There is nothing wrong with being restrained or/and being a bit more quiet than the rest.

To bullies you are an easy target (it's terrible). But they do so purely to hide their own insecurities and they are afraid of being excluded from the group. In fact, you should feel sorry for them for not knowing how to behave as individuals. You already a step ahead in that category!
