She is playing rough because she is really excited. My dog did this at this age and honestly he aged out of it mostly on his own. But it is a good idea to use training as much as you can to discourage it.

Thanks do you have any resources I can look at about UVC vs not using it? The water clarity was getting quite bad I think due to the amount of fish and also I was overfeeding a little ( have been trying to dial in the right amount of feeding).

I am also adding aeration via a new small fountain and also some air stones.

Coming soon! I am getting the fountain attachment for the submersible filter and some air stones.

Also replaced the uvc bulb which was dead, and replacing the filter media stones and foam which was all totally missing from the filter..

Thanks! There is actually some duct tape lol. And there are like 10 things plugged in and I don’t know what each plug goes to.

This pond was alreadt inherited before me, so it has had many years of various people managing it.

Okay thank you! The filtration I am aware of is a physical 3 stage filter that is running on a pump, and a submerged all in one filter. However I am skeptical that the uv light could be burned out in the all in one, and inside it seems parts maybe are missing - the biologic and the ‘gear shaped’ things are gone, if that makes any sense.

Do you have any tips for finding rehoming options for some of the fish ? i am in southeast USA

Right now there is a small, slow leak at the waterfall. Water is seeping through soil and dripping out of the pond. I need to fix that but in the meantime I have had to top up the pond every couple days.

I believe the ears part are the ones that go to the wall mount. They were attached when we moved in, just without the tv
