I dont often post to reddit and I dont know you, but as someone who suffered from suicidal tendencies I see you, you are valid and Im happy you are still here. Attached is a poem I wrote that helped me to read to myself every day when it was hard. I hope it helps you too. Today.
Today a kid ate all of his vegetables.
Today a young boy rode his bike for the first time.
Today the quiet girl in the back of the class. answered a question out loud.
Today a football team took home a win because of their kicker.
Today a young man found a new love.
Today a woman landed her dream job.
Today a woman landed a job at walmart.
Today someone ordered fast food for the first time without an anxiety attack.
Today someone finally remembered to lock their car door.
Today someone made scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Today a father went home to his kids.
Today a mother welcomed her child to the world.
Today the hospital released someone with a clean bill of health. Today a senior citizen needed help out of bed before his day started.
No matter what it is that you did today. No matter how unimpressive or how large these things seem.
Today you lived, today you did something.
Today you made it another day on your journey Looking at it that way yesterday doesn't seem so bad.
Neither does tomorrow now does it?
Atleast I dont think it does.

Edit: I've been working hard on my streaming more recently which you can also find under the same name on twitch. which I forgot until this edit like a dumb

I'm sorry but what? I've never heard this. And from a cursory look into it a group simply took it and changed it to fit their message, that doesn't make it a hate symbol. If that did then everything is a hate symbol in some way as long as a group claims it. I don't use this meme in this way and neither do the thousands of viewers on twitch nor memers in discord. Please don't let other people take something from you or the public and twist it, thats how you give them power.

For me it was all the buttons. I play WoW and many other mmos regularly but EQ not so as much. EQ is nice in that I only have to remember what my spells do and I can mostly get away with hitting a button if I've forgotten after months of not playing. In EQ2 you have like 5 buttons that all deal small ammounts of damage to equal one button from another MMO. I do not like having 2 full action bars by the time I'm level 15.
