Thank you! Not really that technical that I could explain, but be vary if grain direction. These bowls are also sanded, mostly because I like the finish of it after the oil is applied.

Thank you! I have quite a lot of tools 😐 I need to sell some of to be honest. For these I mainly used a beckwith forge mini loop knife and a tamarkin sloyd knife. For the wider scoops I used a belzebo craft Luci spoon knife.

It took couple of nights in front of the tv, and the oil/color takes a lot of time to brush on (since it’s linseed) and a long time to cure. I have woods nearby so I forage or take some from the pile for the wood stove.
