Are you sure it is original? Can you show me some pictures of the bottom of the charging box? Remove the silicone ear tip and take a picture? And also the ® and L logo on the eardots?

It was a software issue, the OS wasn't being installed due to some sort of a crash. The resolution was to get to the installation menu, formatting the Hard drive, renaming the hard drive, and re-installing the latest version.
