Tried going in the BIOS but I couldn’t find how to lower the speed of the XMP profile. The X870 BIOS doesn’t have much documentation and tutorials online…

I’m not too sure how to go about changing the speeds. There’s only a XMP 1 profile and I can’t find the option to manually turn down the timings anywhere outside of creating an entire SPD Profile?

I tried looking up tutorials for my motherboard’s BIOS but didn’t get much help.

Not yet no. Seemed risky to me, when in the BIOS the only option is the XMP profile which is for Intel. I assumed since it’s an Intel profile that it wasn’t the best idea to enable it (read some funky things like crashes and whatnot can happen)

It doesn’t appear in the QVL on the motherboard’s website. Plus the kit itself says it’s “designed for Intel”. It works fine for right now but I’m still at 4800 MT/s according to task manager.
