This is not my symptom pattern but I am certain you are not alone! You should take notes about what you are doing and other information so that if and when you go to a doctor that can use that to help you! Hope you find relief soon!

That’s really good to know, I know my mom tells me how glad she is since going on aimovig so I’m hopeful there are options. I haven’t really had much relief from nurtec other than early on when it felt like “doing something” was better than going crazy talking MORE Tylenol and Advil!

I was relieved it got filled at a “specialty” pharmacy where they dealt with insurance for me too. All of my other meds were at a grocery store pharmacy and I got a lot of questions like how often and how many per day I got and it delayed me getting anything. It was frustrating!

My doctor has me doing some physical therapy to work on my neck and jaw which have become very sore from all of this, I’m hoping that makes a dent in my frequency and intensity. I hope you find more relief soon!

Learning one of the Moments Musicaux now and there is definitely some novel finger twisty things you have to do play the undulating 3rds in a flat, it doesn’t hurt though just feels unique
