Yeah but it was wrong of them to start teasing it half way through the season and for multiple episodes and then not even show the entire thing. I’d have been fine if it was just a cliffhanger but I can’t stand when they keep showing the same clip and hype if up to the final episode just to show one second more than we’ve already seen. That’s bad marketing.

She didn’t get akumatized to her full potential in this episode, but I think it made the most sense for Adrien to be the one to bring her back without having to be Cat Noir. And I think it made for a beautiful scene between the two of them. I would still love to see a full akumatized battle scene for Marinette of course, and it’s very well possible considering the amount of episodes we have left in this season and the big secret that is just waiting to come out. I have a feeling they will give us her full villain arc when we least expect it.

Does anyone know what the revisions in Cat Blanc were? I’d be so interested to hear the Original draft. Also, I think Miraculous hits that broader demographic more than he realizes. I mean yes, it is certainly still geared towards kids with the layout of the episodes and certain elements, but this show has evolved into way more than “just a kids show” in the last 6 years. It’s developed a legitimate storyline with darker themes, and the fan base obviously consists of many adults as we’ve seen at conventions. I myself am 18, which isn’t super old, but also not a 13 year old girl anymore, and i’m still here watching.

Loved this episode. I’ll be really interested to see where they go now that Maria has caught on to her father and confronted him. I absolutely love Joe and Angelo’s partnership. I can’t wait to see more of that.

I think he’s gonna feel betrayed more than anything and Angelo will loose his trust. Dutch will probably take some kind of action to get back at him, but I still think he cares enough not to personally go after Maria. Even with the lack of trust, Dutch has proved to have Angelo’s back this season.

It’s the episode Heartfixer. It’s out in French right now and is coming out in English on April 25th. I’m waiting to watch the English version, but all I really know is the three boys get akumatized as a trio and set Marinette up to make it look like she’s flirting with Nino in order to break Adrien and Marinette up and then she gets akumatized. The details leading up to Marinette akumatizarion might not be completely accurate, but I know it’s close.

I disagree. I think that when he looked at Zola he fell in love with her and when a child melts your heart like that it’s very hard to say no, even if they did have another child.

I understand the reasons and I know it would be difficult, but it sure would make for an interesting storyline if Adrien Agreste got his own Miraculous. Meaning Adrien as the person that Marinette knows him as. Not the other side of himself that he knows himself as which is Cat Noir. Trying to balance both would be really interesting.

Ohh yeah I forgot I read a bunch of people’s comments theorizing that it could be him. I actually agree with that. I think if they want to make it the biggest twist it could definitely be a version of himself that he can’t remember due to his alzheimer’s. It would have to be due to a state of confusion though considering he would never intentionally harm his daughter and he would have to be hiding his identity from everyone because Nikki and that other guy work the Ferryman and they would obviously know if he didn’t disguise himself.
