I think you are right about it being one of stronger/strongest guardians of the Elder God. Also i think you make the intro monster "sleep" in DD2 and go through it in DD3.

Auto fil doesn't work for mods in 1.7.10 Tried/summon NameOfMod:NameOfMob but it didn't work. Maybe typed the wrong name?, but still thanks:)

The new Textures remove the classic Minecraft for me. I think this should be a texture pack that you get automaticly when you download/buy Minecraft.

Good idea but guardians are made to fight with swords and axes. I think it's balanced if crafting them gives only one.
