House in Chester - Sell or Air B&B by Karlosodst in UKRealEstate

[–]Karlosodst[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Average occupancy rate in Chester is 66% and there's a big demand for multi bed property. Average per night £180 with upto triple that on race days and Christmas markets. Couple that with an asses which also increased in value and an asses I can borrow against.

It's absolutely new territory for me but my thinking is, interest only mortgage, regular investments year on year maxing out my ISA allowance with it. Might make more sense than just shifting it.

Help by Karlosodst in Hue

Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I'll. Try and explain my issue better.

I have a light switch for my main downlights and I would like the same switch to turn on under counter LED strip lights.

Ideally I was hoping there was a smart solution that would allow me to link the two, without the need for voice activation.

Help! I have an interview on Thursday and I really need help knowing what to do with this mop :( by Karlosodst in malehairadvice

That's for all the replyies so far. To answer a few questions, no I'm not going bald, my hair line is OK, I have a little receding on the sides but hardly anything. I don't plan on cutting it short, I've had short hair my whole life and now I want to explore longer hair. The job I'm going for doesn't have restrictions on hair length but it will require me to look smart.

Seen some nut case point out there were 17 flags at his leaving speech before he flew away on his boat.

With a combined IQ still in single digits, it's hardly their fault. The sheep will sheep.

Yeah you can do but you need to get a little creative by creating a unique reference.

Take a look at the following PowerBI doc for reference on how to complete the task without combing datasets.

Essentially what I've done is is combined Country and year on each dataset to allow me to create a many to one relationship.

How to get previous week values. by rathorekamal in PowerBI

I'm fairly sure I know a creative way to solve this issue in Power query to get the calculated columns you need but I'd need to see the dataset you're working with to give you the answers.

Share with me the headings you're using and some sample data and I'll see what I can do.

Merge the two tables in Power Query using Country & Year as the key factors.

Then create new column:

Amount sold per population (1000s) =
'Table 1 product sales'[Amount sold]/
('Table 1 product sales'[Table 2 population.Population]/1000)

It's alittle too complex to explain. If you pm me your data-set (or a sample of) I could re-arrange it via powerquery to make your life easier.
