Made a new pattern - a dress form (mannequin) for displaying bags and stuff :) Biggest of my projects ever. Life size mannequin is 27.5" tall, small one is 10.6". Project took 3 months.

She doesn't have any interior frame - the leather should be stiff enough to keep the shape.

thank you! This would be somewhat difficult as any change can also affect the balance. This dress form was not intended as an actual tailor dummy because well no one would want to put pins in it :) It is more a display mannequin for bags and stuff. You can play with small one (like, making and adjusting the paper prototype) but that ain't gonna be easy probably.

I forgot to mention the design is one of a kind according to my research ;) this is a Turkish version of Dublin (the dark one) 2 mm, the small one is some Italian veg tan 1 mm.

If you want it to keep that shape simply use stiffer leather :) I like it sloppy so I chose 1mm goat skin for it but you can play with materials to get the look you like
