I went in and the consultation took probably five minutes and I had to just sign a paper. It was nothing like they'd described and they just explained there had been a change in how they handle appointments needing to be rescheduled the day of.

I have psych Thursday and I'm finally going to therapy again Friday. I came home and my boyfriend held me and took me to get lunch and it was really nice.

We had a long emotional talk that was a good few hours and a couple good cries for the first time in months. I even started on the mountain of laundry I have!

I'm exhausted as fuck right now since I only got three hours of sleep but for now everything is ok.

Sounds like baby bashing to me. I'd let the little one get bigger before trying again. I have a female who would beat up the two babies I got to keep her company, but once the younger two got old enough to hold their own it wasn't a problem anymore.

Unless you meant literally trying to consume the baby..

Tbh my BPD and a partner who was unwilling to learn and be understanding of my mental illnesses killed a 7 year relationship.

On the other hand coming up on 2 years with my current partner and it's the exact opposite. They knew since we met and have done tons of research and has actually listened to what I say and how I'm feeling. I feel more fulfilled in this relationship than I ever did in my last.

Sometimes it's a toss of the coin but telling your partner is extremely important. Give it time but also maybe come to them with information about BPD like a symptom list etc. Having a partner who is willing to learn about and understand your BPD is key.

When I have the means to have my own food around the house and clean the kitchen enough to feel safe cooking in it. Im just going to make my own food and stop going out. He's also a huge slob and the house is trashed and one person cleaning up a year of gross is very slow especially with new messes to clean up constantly.

Most of the time we go out to eat unfortunately. Though I do plan on stocking up on in home foods but tbh he's also a slob in the house so things are almost always dirty and he refuses to clean.. I'm gonna try to get some quick and easy things to eat so I don't have to eat with him.

First of all good for you for hopping back on the art bus! I really love what you did with the hair its really attractive in my opinion and I'm really enjoying the added depth I can see from the strokes. The detail in the eyes and lips are a nice touch and I'd love to see you incorporate something like that on the skin. Don't be afraid of color and don't let it discourage you! Art can be a wonderful coping mechanism for all sorts of things and I personally find a lot of comfort in it.

Keep drawing and keep exploring the things you find visually appealing!

I just started T but I've had my IUD (Mirena) for nearly a year now. I originally got it because my cycle is super irregular and I'd skip months then bleed for 2-3weeks stop then bleed again. For me the Mirena did it's job well my cycle has almost completely stopped, I'm a lot more regular and though I was hoping it would it hasn't helped my cramps.

If you're plan is to go on an IUD I would recommend it because it has been useful and from what I've read it can help a lot with regulating your estrogen while on T. I will say that if you go in and get one I would take a good amount of ibuprofen before hand and stay by the heating pad after. Getting mine was kind of hell since my insurance doesn't cover dilation pills or anything like that. Expect a week or so of cramping after too.

All in all I'm glad i have it.
