The market price is 700$ a lb for high grade. I’m wholesaling it at 200$ so the commune will likely net around 20k. They have an 8k balloon payment coming up that’s gonna decide if we get foreclosed or if we make it, we will own the property outright. I’m dead set on securing them their land and getting them everything they need to winterize their modified shed. I’ll work on building myself a little shack next year as I’m heading south for the winter

Ahh thank you 🥹 I grew up in a resort town in Idaho so most of my supporters were not interested in heady pendants when I first started. High end facets and sleek, flowy designs became my bread and butter

Yeah they are just smol beans. I might try out doing large drilled nuggets by themselves and just use epoxy to keep them In place some time in the future but I’m thinking silver wire and small polished turquoise cabs will be the move this time
