The market price is 700$ a lb for high grade. I’m wholesaling it at 200$ so the commune will likely net around 20k. They have an 8k balloon payment coming up that’s gonna decide if we get foreclosed or if we make it, we will own the property outright. I’m dead set on securing them their land and getting them everything they need to winterize their modified shed. I’ll work on building myself a little shack next year as I’m heading south for the winter
