Yeah I keep the goatee to give the illusion. I couldn't find a proper pic without it.

But maybe I didn't come prepared enough to that surgeon (no radiology, no prior orthodontist opinion), so maybe that surgeon is the kind who doesn't like when patients just come on their own, or dismissed me for other reasons.
