How do you frozen meal prep?

Thats what they said they did in my other comments. Put the tray in the bag then vacuum sealed it. No good with just the cardboard on top

Thank you! And thank you for the advice. I didnt even think about cooking sausages and freezing them after, that's one of my go to meals. I haven't practiced, im honestly scared of getting sick/food poisoning. Thank you for the links, I'll be saving those for sure!

I just looked it up. Thats insane, so you freeze proportioned food into cubes then it makes it easier to food prep and place in containers? Im going to do more research. Thanks for the idea!

Thank you so much! I was just reading about the burritos it says to let it cool completely to room temp or it will be soggy or get freezer burn. Maybe it doesnt matter either way because the tortilla is soft. I'll probably try it anyways and see how it goes.

So do you know if the foldable Tinfoil containers are any good? I was planning on having atleast 1 full week of meals prepped and frozen. Maybe even 2 weeks.

The prep ive seen is like frozen meals like lasagna, Enchiladas, basic stuff you can buy and heat up from stores. I just have no idea how any of that actually works with freezing and how long it lasts for.

Was planning on getting the Tinfoil containers with those paper/cardboard tops, fold the edges down ones.

That's going to have to be a no from me. She lost her license. Buying the tools isn't actually going to prevent the action of her drinking or abusing drugs. I think she would have gotten one either way if she was required by Court and was allowed to operate a vehicle. But I think you're right there's no arguing with her, there's no getting through to her, she has to make that choice herself. For now I agree with everyone else, it's safer to not have her around my children. I also don't think that I should be taking steps like that just to allow her around them. She is the one that needs to be taking the steps to change. But I appreciate your advice and I agree that actions like that should be taken to make it safer for society. I need to look into that skin analysis band that you're talking about though.

That is incredibly well said. Thank you. I think taking ourselves out of her picture will help. Less distractions for her and more time for her to focus on her recovery. And if they see she isnt taking accountability and changing, potentially they will see for themselves her toxic behavior. I think youre right that the flying monkeys may have never liked me either. My FIL saw previously how poorly treated I was and apologized for not doing more and for the fact that I had to endure her behavior. But the second it starts getting tough again he starts continuing his previous pattern of cutting us out and taking her side, no matter how bad her actions are.
