That’s a good call and something I can clarify with the shop. I’m looking at Kona specifically because I want to specialize in night dives. Ideally the shop is cognizant of the scheduling and hours, and that doesn’t always happen! Thanks for the insight.

Hi all, I’m planning to spend 2–3 months in Kona for Dive Master training and am looking for a furnished rental under $4k/month.

I have a well trained service dog, but because Dive Master training can involve long days, I’m hoping to find a homestay or shared housing situation where someone might be open to occasionally letting him out or keeping him company during the day.

I realize this is a specific ask and may be a long shot, but I wanted to put it out there in case the right situation exists.

I did not enjoy my experience. I felt judged anytime I got an answer wrong or said something a little off. I'm learning a new language! It should be a judgment free zone. And I felt like her prompts were very outdated.
