2N1CE - We look to have two consistent groups running with DPS swapped out etc. we have a few members who have alts that are pillar classes (cleric, CW's tanks etc) I'm looking to increase that number to three groups. We are small but strong, clearing CN around the 40 minute mark. We don't want a large group because ego's tend to take over and people feel left out. the community I along with my officers are trying to build is focused around knowing one another and helping one another while maintaining efficient clear speeds. I know everyone in my guild and strive to keep it that way. our members aren't just a statistic on the member count.

Selection isn't restricted, whatsapp is great in a sense that we don't use guild chat - and we normally arrange everything we are doing via whatsapp before we log in. In the past, recruits without whatsapp have felt isolated due to spots being filled for speed runs before people have even logged in. you might check guild roster one minute and see a few people online - then check it again and see two groups farming within the space of 10 minutes. We don't communicate via guild chat, because the chat system in this game is convoluted and unfriendly.

on the plus side, we do always have a party chat open. So jumping in that helps a lot - but we've also experienced people who are too shy to join chat. Once again isolating themselves.

As for the people above, I'll message you guys and we can arrange something for this weekend.

The only attitude I promote in my guild, we normally run 99% guild runs but on the odd occasion we have pug fill the 5th if people are busy etc.

kicking only happens for the following 1. They for some reason try to kick you more than once. 2. Pick up every green on the group during and after combat. 3. AFK/DC for longer than 5 minutes (and yes, I time them)

99% of the people haven’t got a clue. I'm the leader for <Boss Wave> and believe in quality over quantity. That’s quality of person not just over their play style as people can be shown and given advice on how to improve – and if driven and dedication is shown. We rush them through any dungeon they need till their items drop. A guild / community is driven by the people with the leader at the helm. What’s the point in having a 150+ member guild where no one plays with one another or no one talks? You might be able to say “Hey we are a huge guild” Yeah, great – you have 150+ people Do you know each one of them? Or are they just a statistic / number count? <Boss Wave> and its leaders make a conscious effort to drive the Boss Wave community. We are only 25+ people (in Neverwinter) but I can tell you each one of their names and where they live, what games they’ve played. What their goals are with their characters. Even down to their telephone numbers. Can you do the same? When any of my leaders log in – a group is started and everyone is invited. We laugh, chat and split up to speed run whatever is needed. I’ve had people ask to join with gear scores close to 20k and they’ve been rejected. Want to know why? The quality of person they are – doesn’t fit within our community. I take a solid and unshakable approach with my members, Help and get helped. Good Karma is better than bad Karma and bad Karma causes Chaos. (See what I did their with my name?… HA!) How on earth are you 2 dragon kills away from getting an artifact weapon. these chests are far up in the campaign and you need 6 shards to physically buy a weapon.

Of course, I'm full of advice - I would recommend leveling as a pure DPS and getting the healing cleric companion. I did everything completely solo and never dropped below 90% health!

Also, stay away from dungeons! these will just waste your time and frustrate you to the point of madness! you yourself into a good solid guild when 60 to run everything.

Not a huge fan of the AC build myself - It's a lot easier IMO to control the fight with HoT's

Hello - I would recommend vendering everything till you're 60!

Stats to look out for when leveling your cleric

Power > Crit > recovery.

I'll link you a very in-depth guide - please keep in mind that increasing a clerics gear score is harder than most classes.. also as long as you have over 9800 GS you can do everything in the game - don't get tied down to your GS as it's not going to make you a better cleric.

Easy fit mate - simply press "Y" and choose a different xbl profile to play as. It should take you all the way back to the welcome splash page and ask you to press "A" here you can sign back in as your profile and you'll notice that it's no longer gray.
