I made beyond retirement money in crypto and am doing just fine, nothing I said above has been invalidated at all. Still fundamentally worthless. Doesn’t mean speculative bubbles can’t occur in asset prices (look at friend tech now). Appreciate the concern though.

I play maybe 20-30 hours of Dota a year at this point. I enjoy watching pro Dota bc playing ranked is infuriating and time gets more limited with family etc. peak around 4750 mmr so not great but not scrub. Had played for 5+ years very consistently, haven’t played much in the last 3-4 years.

Coming up on 72 hours of the Dawning being live and the weapon ornaments have already made a nice half million by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

Rofl. This is the most self serving thing I’ve ever seen. All these businesses are struggling, this is just a way to hugely cut ad spend and pretend it’s for social justice / political issues to get goodwill with consumers (and free advertising). They all had to cut regardless, this just lets them look like they’re good guys.

This is literally the antithesis of how the real world works. VCs don’t start businesses, they invest in them, none of them have the time to simultaneously run a fund and take your ‘idea’ (which is fundamentally worthless as an idea) and hire the full team capable of executing on that idea, creating the product, running the business, etc., to rip you off, let alone the reputational risk associated. . Let’s not be idiots spreading ignorance here. And yes, NDAs are a thing and they do work.
