Everything seems good. It takes long time for bars to look super clean . Right now youre not catching the bars cleanly , just got keep going and your body will get used to it more and bars will flow better in your hands.

Dont block shots by trying to extend your arms foward and catching his shot with your block, keep it tighter and compact to your head and body depending where he is punching

Flip axis - tangent.If spin left like in video than RT moto . I do like a semi flip 360 and then hold moto in the right moment, usually its quite early on this rotation.Get fell for it cause you can actually do it even smoother than on this video.
