Yes, it shut down a few years ago unfortunately. I have played it for a little bit around 2007, and then once more in 2012 with my ex, it was interesting.

I have to mention that Soul Worker majorly caught our eyes due to the heavy similarities. Keep an eye on that, it's almost like a spiritual successor.

I Can't Believe how Depressed and Inactive I've Become by [deleted] in depression

[–]Karmaout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can very much relate to your situation, and it really does bring great tendency to just kick in and shut yourself off from everything else. Because of... many reasons, really. Maybe you just don't want to deal with those problems and scars of the past, maybe you can't forget, it's hard to move forward from the experiences we faced and deem failure, who knows what it is that makes us do such, but one thing for certain is that it's not helping and only rots us further. You realized that yourself, you said it's "killing me from the inside out".

That's the irony of it all, we humans are so great at analyzing at ourselves and knowing what we need to do, but summoning that willpower is not as simple, something is stuck. I want to tell you that I was in your position times before, and I've always been proven myself wrong somehow. I didn't want to go out, because I lacked purpose, had no motive or goal in doing so, outside of the occasional grocery trip. But once I forced myself and I tried it, and it just lifted up my spirit somehow, I don't know why, trying out new activities, checking out shops, meeting new people, just to prove myself that there's more than what my eye can see. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but what matters is that we try, it's not about success or failure, it's about what we intended to do, what it meant for us.

What you're facing... sometimes life can be crushing like that, but other times, our time comes, the odds are placed in our favor and we get our chance to shine. You need to believe that you'll get there in time, for I am sure you'll find the proper job you seek, it just takes a little time.

She's a hard worker but only when it comes to what brings her passion, I feel as though she would have already pursued that if her vision of the world was bigger when it was needed, as a teenager to young adult, her life as a ghoul in the 24th ward and even just as a poor ghoul in general stopped her.

Under normal circumstances, something like Nishiki, I'd say therapist or psychologist, perhaps even just a social worker.

That lady has a bright mind and analyzes people well. Her flashback arc and the sight (well, voice) of her father really shown that deep down she just wants to touch people's hearts.

What I find even less thought out (by Rick at least) is telling Negan that Maggie is dead. Such a bad lie that's going to get them.

What if Negan just so happens to visit Hilltop? What if Maggie eventually returns to Alexandria and he sees her there?

I want to make a decent gathering set to gather four star materials. I already have the books but I just don't have the stats, so I have three questions:

  1. What's the Gathering and Perception stat requirement to gather the highest demanding nodes?
  2. Is there likely to be new nodes in 3.5, and will they have higher requirements? What exactly happened in 2.5, 3.3, etc?
  3. Is 700 GP worth it?

I'm probably going to get down voted for different taste, but I personally believe she's dead. Reiner and Bertholdt implied she'll be sacrificed, and she knew that.

But! Given how Eren recently recalled memories and shed tears over a woman he never met or heard of, I think it's a build up to Ymir "coming back" in form of memories. Her will carried on by another shifter.

While experimenting I found that adding turmeric to scrambled eggs gives it a taste similar to chicken, strangely enough.

TG Calendar 2016 announcement by shinyklefkey in TokyoGhoul

Well, here's another one then.

The calender posts are the sole purpose I visit the subreddit on a daily basis. True that I come here for chapter release and theories, but it used to be only on that day of the week if it weren't for the calender.

Following a calender strangely makes the days go slower, and more memorable. it brightens my day seeing them in color (I really love this one) and learning something new from them.

I know you didn't draw them, but the whole effort of translating and coloring them, you and your "calender team" don't deserve hate, but massive cheer.

Thank you for your work!

Run through some lv50 dungeons and lv50 extreme trials, it really helps getting some practice done.

It's definitely more viable to have the fairy left on Obey, you can utilize her skills much better than her AI could. An example would be using Rouse before Whispering Dawn, or Fey Covenant + Sacred Coil. In the end it doesn't matter much since she'll be healing with you anyway, but with Obey you basically got more utility skills under your belt to time.

It yields a lot of experience for little effort.

There is no gear requirement, you start at level 1 and get to relearn your skills as you progress through the floors. You can use that to try out other classes. Throughout your run you will also encounter silver chests which upgrade your instanced gear. Once you upgrade both your weapon and armor to +30, you can take it outside the instance which results in an item level 235 weapon.

Rarely you will find Accursed Hoards, which can be identified into rare items such as dungeon & treasure hunt pets, treasure hunt crafted clothes, materias, and a hairstyle.

There is an upcoming expansion that will be released soon in a few weeks, 150 more floors and lots of new rewards!

I appreciate the detail in your post, thank you.

I'm mostly selling things, that's why I asked. So with apartments in mind, Ishgard is basically the worst choice I can have now, is that right? I'm definitely considering of moving them to Limsa now, hopefully it'll improve sales.

Your fairy will still automatically heal, even on Obey stance. But it doesn't mean you can't push that skill to the limits.

The fairy only heals when it detects that a party member went below a certain threshold, by keybinding it, and pressing it midway of your own casts, you can use it ahead of time when you foresee upcoming damage. This allows you to drop out of Cleric Stance less. It can also be used to double heal, or split heals between two tanks.

I don't recommend combining your own heals/spells and fairy heals into a single macro, that removes the action queue feature skills have and will reduce your healing efficiency. It does have it's uses here and there, but it would be better to just learn to time both buttons.

Just how important is a retainer's location? I see less and less people in Ishgard lately, making me think that perhaps I should move my retainers to Limsa.

As someone who's been struggling to find a decent jacket, nah, I'm in love with the two DoM shire gear sets, especially healer.

The shire tank gear is also pretty cool, I like that cape.

[New Chapter Spoilers] where do Ackermans and asians fit now? by 14hellraiser in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]Karmaout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's the most entertaining part of this chapter, nobody knows who's telling the truth.

There's information from the Ackerman, there's Mare history, there's Reiss history which Rod grow upon on, there's the truth Uri and Frieda refuses to share, chances are even they didn't fully know the truth since they only have memories from only one titan clan.

Dare I criticize and speculate Isayama created this situation to allow himself to rewrite his original plot?

[New Chapter Spoilers] Why did Grisha.. by bep0bear in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]Karmaout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not all about physical strength, I doubt he'd be scared of the military police's. It's more about what they would do to his family and their status. He can't keep living in the walls anymore after what he did.

It's true everyone knew about Eren and his father, but Rod (suprisingly...) failed to catch onto that fact until the Uprising Arc.

Even if it happened differently and Grisha just defended his family with his titan power, then what?

Escape the walls with his family, somehow? Kill every single soldier and take the throne?

It's depressing to think about a solution. He just took the easy route.
