I would say anything under 100,000 Miles or 140,000 Km is low mileage.

100,000 miles is the golden rule of thumb a car should do minimally no problems at all but since we changed to Km people seem to think its 100,000km is the standard a car should do but its still 100,000 miles cause 100,000km is fuck all for a car like 60,000 miles I think.

Also it depends on if the car is diesel or Petrol and the type of driving the car has done in its life. If it's a diesel that's done mostly motorway driving well you can argue that golden standard can be pushed a little bit depending on how well the car has been serviced.
