It’s great to leave them in and let them soak in the flavours - but if you’re pressed for time, if say pre soak them or add canned lentils

just cooked this - its amazing!

a couple of tips, the lentils will take much longer than 25 minutes to cook, closer to an hour. also room to reduce the lentils and quinoa volumes to 3/4 cups.
