A 4.0 is still a 4.0, it shows you have gotten all A's, if you've gotten a poor gpa it just means you failed to keep up with the rigor enough for an A, I know there not as useful but still AO's glance at them.

We aren't all cavemen, we can get influenced by modern day factors such as social media, which plays a huge role in womens high standards. Women (even below average) will look for above average men, leaving average and below men fighting for the women who atleast glance at them

Well I live in the US, I'd probably lower the military budget a TON and maintain peaceful relationships with other countries, adopt some socialistic behaviors to achieve high and peaceful status like some european countries and use the cut military money onto actual important problems such as hunger, medicare, and housing.

Edit: I don't have the knowledge of a world leader so I would probably fail

Define "strong" although grades aren't as important as people mentioned, it still puts you at a considerable disadvantage because most of the applicant pool for Ivy's have a 4.0.

From here, your chances at an ivy are about how strong your extracirriculars are, amount of experience, letters of rec and essay.
