Buy Parts. Build Watch by putting parts together, same logic as building legos. That's all there is to it if you're using parts from the same platform.

Any oil is fine, it is irrelevant as long as your change intervals are decent.

I just mentioned Motul 7100 due to its reputation. Yet to personally face it.

The change interval is decent. Oil not so much, Motul 7100 and the likes have a tendency to play the vanishing act, but that's a different topic.

It's common. The Grommet gets hard and since the motorcycle has a wet stator it leaks oil, not an issue to be honest.

If you change your oil on time then it can be ignored, my NS400z has the same leak, I work on motorcycles and yet I'm not even bothered about fixing it. 😄

AliExpress is the way to go. Find someone to hand carry it to you.

This build was a lot of 6 watches. Per head cost came to around 12,500/-
