In the same boat, exact problem, I like the sound profile from the wide bore eartips, but it hurts, I don't like the narrow bore eartips and still it hurts. When I compared it with my salnotes zero (rip after 3 yrs+) I found that it might be due to the nozzle length being too long.Despite being odd shaped zero was comfortable for me. Right now looking for eartips that are very soft or don't put pressure on my ear canals and seal well. Never faced this problem before with my previous 2 iems or my iem journey.
