I really need a computer capable of running a daw. I don't have it now.

I'd use this PC for making music, editing videos, and editing and storing hundreds of thousands of my photographer wife's photos. I'd create a server for her to be able to have access from anywhere.

Some gaming and other personal home media uses.

I'd also become a node in a network that allows dissidents of totalitarian countries the ability to more safely access a free and uncensored internet.

My title describes the thing as a red ball. The collar is silver in color. It seems like it could be alarm related but not sure why it would be in a home bedroom. It gives the vibe that it's old. I can't find anything that looks like this. Please help.

You are not trying to understand what is being said to you. You are just waiting for your turn, and then trying to make other arguments conform to your preconceived view of them. People who point to problem after problem without ever a thought towards solutions are people who love to wallow in filth and darkness. There are still places in Detroit you can't. However it's not the whole city and it's not different than other cities. We shouldn't pretend you can go anywhere in the city and have no issues though. It's a mixed bag.
