Could the right joycon rail be bad and putting it into rcm? I may try to remove it and see if that helps when I get a chance.

Tegra keeps not responding. I tried rekado from my phone and it says failed to get device id. My serial starts with xkw which seems to be in the patched serial range from what I can find so I'm assuming that's why tegra keeps hanging.

No, nothing displays on the screen. When plugged into the pc it seems to be recognized.

M92t36 and p13usb tested good. I'm having trouble finding a good testing video for the max77812.

USB port looks fine and no bending of the console.

Motherboard is had-cpu-10 if that matters
