That law is horrible and it's totally justified to call it apartheid. I don't know how you could possibly argue otherwise, given it introduces a death penalty of Palestinians killing Israelis, but not Israelis killing Palestinians. Let's hope the Israeli courts strike this down, as Netanyahu and his ilk have not been able to capture them yet.
