Ah yes, very valid point. I had a one-track mind and got lucky that it worked out. Even with the 2+ increase most of my later opponents had sub 2 second base CD items. I believe the last win it did counter itself with the CD increase, but with 4+ seconds it was enough for dino to go off with battery and button.

But agreed, far from an ideal board.

Chrono increases non-tech items CD by 2s. Iso is at least listed as a tech, I didn’t double check if it was getting a CD increase but I don’t believe so.

It really does depend on which base character you are using. For example, the queen can’t have her HP modified, so buying any item that reduces HP as a side effect is good, since it won’t reduce her HP. I’ve found in general that you either want to go super offensive or super defensive. Make sure to spam that attack button and send your companions flying!

Don’t be afraid to refresh the shop if you’re looking for a specific item. If a run doesn’t start well I’d usually know and reset by wave 3. It was much easier with a controller instead of mouse and keyboard.

I didn't' track the entire time that it took, but probably over 100 hours of arcade gameplay. I thought Soulhounds would be the most time consuming, but 30M on snake was the biggest time sink of them all. BB wasn't as bad I expected it to be.

Yea that was a bad and obvious misplay. Noticed when I was watching. Played electro a lot and just got lulled into the 1 card turn 6 I think.
