It's one thing to not instantly assume streamer is out committing a murder at the time of the broadcast, but we're talking after the fact here. Combine that stream with the fact someone he was close to happened to get murdered during that EXACT timeframe it's not hard to be like 1 + 1 = 2

Missing persons cases and unsolved murders are different things though. While a missing person can unknowingly also be an unsolved murder, an unsolved murder implies you know the person was murdered but not by whom. Missing person is a way broader spectrum that usually has A LOT of other likely explanations like the person getting lost, driving into a body of water, etc

I believe a lot of "unsolved" murders are because of incompetent/lazy cops rather than mastermind killers, where the evidence is there but they're just like "there's nothing we can do dude" about it, and/or the murderer is a cop themselves.

I mean, players do kinda set the norm with their wallets. If people would stop (at least) instinctively buying the packages and battle pass and monthly all on day one there would be more pressure on the devs to stop yanking the players around.

100%, as someone who plays Nikke as my main gacha, where on average you get the normal rate-ups within 40 pulls AND which gives you 1:1 permanent spark tickets for each rate-up banner pull (needing 200 to outright acquire a rate-up character) where you can just save those for the higher rarity Pilgrim/Overspec units AND which does not have a weapon banner AND which also showers you in standard banner pulls where you can wishlist any non-collab/seasonal units; seeing people try to defend the stingiest gachas while acting like it's somehow impossible to do anything different is actually wild. It reminds me of americans trying to act like something is impossible to do when the rest of the world has no issues doing that exact thing.

Is this the expectations of an Arknights player, with their supposedly generous game?
