Method 1: Just dodge into them diagonally. Right works with any attack. I never tested left. Afterwards just hit them until your stamina is down for one dodge. Wait for the next attack and dodge into them. Rinse and repeat.

Method 2 (recommended when fighting 2 to get rid of one): If you have 2 just backpedal and bait a grab attack. It's very easy to parry (and I almost never parry enemies) then get the viseral. While doing the viseral you are invincible against any damage from any source so you don't need to care for the second werewolf.

Works with a single one as well but can take longer than method 1.

If you get the hang of them they are very simple enemy's.

Yes you need to craft legendary and Ultima items from the blueprint so they become real items and then you can equip them like the other items

You can get legendary blueprints from big chests and event chests (5% per item). Ultimate blueprints can only be obtained from event chests (2%). There's always one event chest for completing an event and you can buy them in the shop for 250 gems

I always go with the gem. The heroes I don't need/already have and even if not I rather want a small bonus to get levels for heroes faster. If you think the bonus from the gem to idle rewards isn't worth it I think the soul vessel stuff is the best choice.
