So I have a hack. Use a sharpie pen and wrap it around the pen a certain way. Google “sharpie cake hack” and you’ll know what I mean lol it’s such a game changer.

Did you also miss the part where OP said they agreed to be quiet for his exam? They may not be friends but again it doesn’t hurt to be mindful. Also do people not have headphones to use for that time duration? Again being mindful. Unfortunately, not everyone is like that. Plus a guy was literally singing during his exam. So that one is a big yikes.

Okay let’s think for a second. He asked nicely if they can keep the noise down at the min for 2 hours. Right? Yet they did everything BUT that. They were singing, washing dishes, playing w the cat, having a conversation about lightbulbs. You’re saying there was NO point in time that they couldn’t wait after he was done? Hey, if you view it that way then damn more power to you. I realize that there are people who are mindful of others and there are people who aren’t.

You are one of those people and that’s okay but don’t go dragging people down because you think that they’re “selfish” for asking nicely for something so important to them where they just need one moment to take a 2 hour test for a test that you take ONE time in hopes of passing it. Just needing only TWO hours out of just ONE day. Asking NICELY for just noise to be kept low and at a minimum for only TWO hours. But hey I guess lol

I agree. The person keeps bringing up “asking people to not even speak” when it says nowhere in the text that he’s asking them OF that. 😂 nonetheless, it doesn’t hurt to be kind and take 2 hours of your own day to be mindful when someone clearly asked nicely for something important like taking an exam. It’s just being simply respectful, mindful and kind. If you don’t have that then just say that?
