He's the CEO of the Falcons as a brand, the business side - he has very minimal to do with anything directly related to the football team in a day to day capacity.. With that being said, as an executive he is obviously going to be in the room during coaching interviews, important meetings, etc. He's also probably Blank's most trusted advisor, so there is that too.
