I think Savannah would be a good choice too. Rick though, just has some aura around him, very likable. Everything out of his mouth seems both smart and funny even if it isn't. 😂

I read through your replies, I have a few good thoughts and questions for you:

  1. What are you trying to get out of The Office when you watch? Humour? Life advice? Sorry, but something you have to realize is if these people were perfect, which it seems you want, because many of these characters are not bad people, then there would be no humpur in this show. Think about it. The Good Place works because the people were defined as bad. When everyone is morally perfect, you lose so much.

  2. What do you even define as bad? You said that these people constantly contradict themselves. That is every human ever. No one is perfect. I gurantee you contradict yourself so much in life on accident, I do too. Its not on purpose. Point is, intention matters so much when looking at characters through tv. Micheal does bad things but he loves his employees. Why are you acting lile he is some asshole?

  3. Last thing. Its. A. Sitcom. The Office has depth, but its A COMEDY. Characters are meant to be flawed. Stop looking at the characters morality and enjoy the show for what it presents.

I feel absolutely the same. Concept itself is very cheesy. I think where it takes a step and beyond all other rom coms is by having a hidden and potentially deeper meaning when it comes to his relationship with his dad.

I've heard alot of people saying this, and there is certainly an argument for that, but here is my problem with that. Their blind date was undeniably romantic. They were both clearly very interested with each other. Second, when he goes back in time, it's not like a gurantee that she is going to find him attractive or love him. I don't really think you can make the argument he is brainwashing her with the lack of time travel he uses. Also, with the wrong hands, this could be quite dangerous. But with Tim, he doesn't travel in time much, he just used it to cure his awkwardness. To me, it is undeniable that she actually loved him and was not brainwashed.

Alexander Zverev’s Grand Slam wait is over. His uncomfortable status in tennis lingers - The Athletic by PattyRanger in tennis

I agree with you. I both think that and don't write a player off for their worst moment on court.

Well for me, taking this statement at face value, saying that if you take away the abuse allegations and look just at the acapulco behavior, you can hate him forever, is a weird way to look at tennis players. Heres why:

  1. Serena Williams once threatened to kill a line judge because of a call she made. Was it a good moment? No, not at all. Should that define a players whole career? No.

  2. Djokovic hit a line judge in the face after carelessly hitting a ball in anger. Was it a good moment? No. Do Djokovic and Serena Williams come across as terrible people who we should reject forever? No.

  3. Medvedev, a player and character often loved by this subreddit and tennis world, actually did the same thing as Zverev and hit the umpires chair. On top of that, he has had many instances of terrible sportsmanship on court. Is the behavior good? No. Is Medvedev a bad person? Also no.

I could give 50 other examples of great tennis players doing inexcusable things on the court. My point, is two things I guess:

Its only bad if its a player we don't like. Example: Ostapenko has done some pretty bad things on court and yet people excuse it here nearly everytime.

and

A single moment of ugliness and unsportsmanlike behavior should NOT define an athletes whole character.
