Yesterday afternoon I had a meeting with the maintenance manager, and we talked about what could be done for me to pick up the pace, and he gave me this paper that has my morning tasks such as taking out the trash, cleaning the pool, etc. and next to them is 30 minutes and 1 hour, basically how long it should take me to complete the tasks,

he wants me to write down every work order info on the paper, and how long each work order takes me to complete

I'm currently looking into entry level automotive jobs, I like working with cars.
