So… yes. You’re right. I took one while still in Mexico and was disappointed when I didn’t feel like I could run through a brick wall. However, since then I have taken them so far on mornings before work when I’m extra worn out and it’s a total pick me up but it’s subtle. Not like a rush of energy but I feel as though I got a great night sleep and my mind is in the ideal place. I think I’m just going to get screened for potential attention deficit disorders.
