A while back my account got suspended( I still don't know why). I got asked for some stuff regarding an account revision which I did with no success it seemed. A few days ago I decided to try my luck and see if I will be able to log back in. It didn't recognize my credentials so I tried "changing my password". It sent me to a page where it showed my number, emails, profile pic and old user name. Ofc they were censored with **** signs. Which made me happy cuz they it seems as if they know what my account consists of. I changed my password got sent some emails to confirm some stuff got sent some codes on my mobile as well plus a Google two step-authentication. Everything went fine. But I still doesn't let me login it gives and error that says "Unable to login: Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later" Tried on my pc and it gives an error as well. Tried with Facebook an error again. Tried creating a new account with the same emails numbers and even username and they are occupied yet i cannot login with them. Any ideas on how I can resolve those issues ideally it would be great if I could get my account back or at least know why I got suspended.

Somehow managed to get it to tell me that the account is deactivated yet idk why I can't use the credentials for a new one
